McKenzie Event Management event designer, Kaycee McKenzie
Mallery, participated in the first annual Corporate
& Celebrity Cookoff fundraiser for the East Bay
Leadership Foundation (EBLF). Kaycee cooked up a crowd
favorite, Pacific King Salmon with Fig Sauce. These
are just as pretty as they are tasty, with each salmon
fillet steamed and presented in fig leaf packages.
Held this past October at Elliston Vineyards, this event
supports the educational programs for high school and
college level students in the EBLF programs. A 72 page,
full color cookbook compiled from contestant recipes
is now available. It sure brings back the tastes and
smells of the delicious meals prepared by the top corporate
and celebrity chefs, and sponsoring restaurants.
