Helpful Scheduling Tips for Spring Events
With our hectic schedules it's easy to overlook the
many details involved in planning an event. Here are
some quick tips to keep you on track.
- Mail invitations for parties scheduled in April
and May. (6 – 8 weeks out)
- Mail Save the Date cards for Black Tie events, galas
and fundraisers scheduled for September and October.
(6 months out.)
- Set a budget for your holiday Events & Entertaining.
- Place reservations for party venues and coordination
services needed for November and December parties,
events and ceremonies. If needed, also reserve the
date for a rehearsal at the venue. Book early for
preferred dates. (6 months to a year out.)
- For Weddings through April of 2005, select and
reserve your wedding and reception site. (6 months
to a year out. Some venues may be up to two years.)
